Hprobe, now part of Mycronic’s Global Technologies division, designs, manufactures, and markets advanced equipment for wafer-level testing of magnetic devices such as MRAM memories and magnetic sensors (Hall, XMR, TMR, and GMR). Mycronic is a publicly traded Swedish company specializing in precision equipment production for the electronics industry.
At the event, we’ll be showcasing our high-performance magnetic testers, designed to support both R&D and high-volume manufacturing. Thanks to the very high throughput achieved by our systems, Hprobe is enabling faster and more efficient testing of next-generation magnetic technologies.
