Steady demand for magnetic sensors in cars and IIoT applications is driving the growth of the market. Grenoble-based startup Hprobe announced the availability of a turnkey testing equipment for 3D magnetic sensors used in both automotive and industrial applications.
The equipment is based on Hprobe’s 3D magnetic field generator technology for single and multisite testing at wafer-level, under magnetic field. It operates with automated wafer probing stations and external electrical testers.
