A full week dedicated to the latest breakthroughs in semiconductor devices and next-generation MRAM technologies — and a key moment for Hprobe to showcase its leadership in magnetic testing innovation.
Hprobe will be present at the 71st International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM) from December 6 to 10 at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, Booth #18.

The week will be followed by the 17th MRAM Global Innovation Forum on December 11 (Room Imperial A/B, Hilton San Francisco Union Square).
